(INTERNAL USE ONLY): Kishna Kalicharran, PhD., MSc, MBA, US Patent Agent (Only for Internal Use) Over two decades of biopharma experience, working with small, medium and large companies based in US/UK/Canada/Korea. Roles have spanned entire industry lifecycle from discovery to commercialization and had opportunities as an entrepreneur, investor, lecturer and consultant. Currently as a consultant, work with C-suite teams at companies and with academic centers, driving and executing on identifying novel technologies, conceiving/validating product concepts and business models, steering discovery/development products and sourcing/structuring/securing novel partnerships. Founded three healthcare companies and scaled to clinical/commercial stage. Stint as a biotech equity analyst on the buyside at Morgan Stanley. A lecturer on biotech technology transfer and entrepreneurship, developed and taught courses at Johns Hopkins University, University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University masters program on innovation and entrepreneurship. Received a BSc in Biology at Acadia University, an MSc in Virology & Immunology at University Ottawa and a PhD in Virology & Neuroscience from Western University. Completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Virology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and earned an MBA degree also at Carey Business School at The Johns Hopkins University. Also, a Registered US Patent Agent. Extensive experience demonstrates the ability to innovate, lead, and achieve success across various therapeutic areas and modalities, from startups to commercial entities.
