I work with businesses to provide support with Sales/Revenue Leadership for their organization with a mission to help these businesses build a solid sales foundation for continued growth. My expertise is working with the business owners to develop and execute solutions to assist them in achieving their goals while helping them grow their sales. What Companies and What Challenges?
I am fairly industry agnostic, at the core of the vast majority of businesses sales issues are common foundational problems, that once addressed allows them to successfully focus on their industry and carve out their niche for success. The "canary in the coal mine" for me is a business owner(s)/founder(s) etc that are spending time leading sales efforts at the expense of other mission critical needs. They will find that they are struggle to make sales, or they have gotten to the point that doing what go them to that point is no longer adding business, or worst its declining.
